Razon’s Sizzling Bulalo

It was my first time to eat at Razon’s (any Razon’s for that matter, it was at Ortigas Depot). I heard they’re famous for their halohalo and the pancit. But my friend Duane made me try the Sizzling Bulalo, which got me dumbfounded at first because, Bulalo to me is beef with soup and the other vegetables. So I imagined the same thing only it’s served in a sizzling plate, but to my suprise, what was served was the same as that of what’s in the picture. Then I remembered, Bulalo is a type of cut, like adobo cut (I remember it from one of my grocery trips). Anyway, to cut the story short. It’s really good.. Damn good, and that you should try it :)
